How does using a Form like the Google Forms Survey provide information on students' prior knowledge and teach them key tools they need at the same time?

Now take the "Getting to Know You Survey" and then click the link "See previous responses" to learn more about the people in the class.

How could an activity like this be used in class? What are some different ways to use such a form with your students (think of how you can add in pictures)?

Create a form either as an exit ticket or a getting to know you survey. Do all of the following

• Duplicate an answer and make at least one mandatory
• set a data validation on one question
• Custom set your response with either "Next steps" or your website link.
• When to allow for editing, post another and publish responses
• set notifications rules in the attached spreadsheet to notify when the form is submitted
